UK Deliveries FREE
We despatch orders received before 3pm weekdays (UK time) on the same day, as long as all of the items are in stock. We do not despatch at weekends, on Bank Holidays or during the Christmas holidays. Despatch may take slightly longer during busy periods.
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles
Delivery charges to these locations are as shown above, including free delivery for orders over £20. Delivery to these addresses may take a little longer to arrive and we are unable to deliver by a Next Working Day service.
Delivery charges to the Channel Isles for orders weighing up to 3.5Kg are as shown above, including free delivery for orders over £20. However, because of the increased cost of delivery to the Channel Isles, for heavier orders we ask that you pay the extra cost. This is calculated according to the total weight of your shopping basket and will be displayed clearly during checkout. VAT will also be deducted in the checkout.
Delivery to Channel Isles may take a little longer to arrive and we are unable to deliver by a Next Working Day service. Due to the size or nature of some items it may not be possible to ship them to the Channel Isles. These items are highlighted on their web page.
Express and Next Working Day Deliveries
Our Next Working Day service, provided by DPD, is now SUPER convenient and focussed on you, the customer. As well as promising next working day delivery, it gives you the option to RESCHEDULE the delivery after the order has been despatched.
You will receive an email, and/or text message if we have your mobile number, when your order has left us. Then, if you want to, you can change the delivery day, or even have the item delivered to a neighbour by responding to the text message prompts, or following the links in the email sent to you.
[But please note, you cannot chose a different delivery date than the next working day at the time of placing your order. You can only do this after you receive a despatch confirmation from us.]
On the day of delivery, you will receive a ONE HOUR prediction by email and/or text message of when your package will be delivered. If you go online, by following the link in your email or text message, you can see on a map of your area how the driver is progressing with other deliveries before getting to you. Even at this point, you can reschedule the delivery online.

Delivery options available will vary according to your location and the total weight of your order. If you order by an Express or Next Working Day service Monday-Friday before 3pm we will despatch it that day as long as everything is in stock, or the next working day if it is a weekend, a Bank Holiday or during holiday periods. Express and Next Day orders placed after 3pm will be despatched on the next working day. If you order using a Next Working Day service on Friday before 3pm, your goods will be delivered on the Monday (Tuesday if the Monday is a Bank Holiday). If you order using a Next Working Day service after 3pm on a Friday or at the weekend your order will not arrive until the following Tuesday (does not apply during Bank Holidays or during holiday periods). We are unable to offer Saturday delivery.
Express delivery options to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles may take longer.
Unless we have agreed separately in writing with you, time is not of the essence.
Shipping Outside the UK
We deliver worldwide. All international orders weighing below 2kg are sent by standard untracked Air Mail. Above 2kg will be shipped by a carrier of our choosing. Delivery times will vary according to your location. Tracked and more urgent options may be available during the checkout process, depending upon the weight of the order and your location. Due to the size or nature of some items it may not be possible to ship them outside the UK. These items are highlighted on their web page. Countries outside the European Union will have UK VAT deducted (where appropriate) at the checkout (not applicable to Gift Vouchers).
When purchasing Gift Vouchers, standard delivery of the Gift Voucher is free to all UK addresses including the Channel Isles. The value of the Gift Voucher is not used when calculating postage charges if other items are in your basket.Failed DeliveriesMost couriers will only re-attempt a failed delivery once, before expecting you to visit their depot yourself, or returning the order to us. If the order is returned to us, please let us know. It helps us speed up the re-delivery to you. Unfortunately, if there are any charges from the courier for third or subsequent attempts at delivery, we will have to pass these on to you.
